Motosumo offers you a variety of classes and flexibility to fit your schedule; you can learn what they are here.

Live Classes

You can train live with a team of riders from around the world! A Live class features all the things which makes Motosumo unique: riders get real-time feedback from instructors, check their stats on leaderboards, timers, emojis to react during classes, internal games, and 3D races.

Our Live classes are fun, interactive, and all about community. Training with others is proven to make you a lot more likely to stick to your fitness routine, leaving you feeling happier and healthier. That’s what we’re all about.

On Demand

On-Demand classes are all about convenience. These are pre-recorded workouts you can take whenever you feel like hopping on a bike. Just choose a style and instructor that suits you. Of course, nothing beats the feeling of a Live class, but On-Demand is perfect when you’re strapped for time or simply want to work out whenever it suits you. Naturally, you’ll still get live performance data to help chart your progress and push your limits.

RePlay

For those who can’t make a live class because life can get in the way, RePlay classes are the perfect pick-me-up. RePlay classes are a rebroadcast of a live class which is scheduled at a specific time. This allows you to retain that community feel by training live with other riders. Of course, because it’s a broadcast, you won’t be able to get real-time feedback from your instructor, but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy lots of other live features like leaderboards, emojis, and performance stats for you and your fellow riders. This is a great way to work out with all the community-driven elements you’ve come to expect love from Motosumo without having to worry about missing a live class.

Just Ride

Video-less classes are ideal for working out at home while watching your favourite movie or show, or for gym classes who utilize their own studio instructor. Simply hit the “Work out Without Video” button on the Home screen and get cycling. Similar to all other class types, you’ll still get live performance data.

Gym Classes

Some gyms will have in-person classes with instructors integrated with Motosumo. Instructors will create a team for members in the studio and share a code with them. Members will enter the code, join the team, and get cycling! The games, interactions, and statistics work exactly the same way as a Motosumo live or on-demand class. Your stats are also shared with your teammates and instructors. Lastly, for gyms that have a screen to track and display all live performance data, everyone attending the class in the gym can see the data on that big screen once it’s set up by the instructor.
