Getting disturbed by incoming calls or messages is annoying when you try to focus and perform your best. In this article, you can learn how to enable Do Not Disturb on your phone in order to avoid incoming calls, messages and notifications while using Motosumo for your training.

NOTE: Don't use Flight Mode while using Motosumo as the app needs to be connected to the internet to work properly.

Settings for Do Not Disturb on Android depends a little bit on what Android phone you have. For most phones, the following - or a slight variation of it - should work.

iPhone

To turn on Do Not Disturb on your iPhone or iPad, follow these instructions:

  1. Open Control Center on your iPhone or iPod touch, or on your iPad.

  2. Touch and hold Focus, then tap Do Not Disturb.

  1. Go to Settings > Focus.

  2. Tap Do Not Disturb.

  3. You can select allowed or silenced notifications from people and apps, connect your Lock Screen or Home Screen, have this Focus turn on automatically, and add Focus filters.
